The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date
Custom, personalized, or engraved items cannot be returned, unless defective or damaged upon arrival

The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom or engraved urns
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
Used or damaged products (not due to shipping or manufacturing defects)
Gift cards
3. How to Request a Return
